I have been a faithful Zappos customer since 2006. Zappos once had the best and fastest service available. While I was active duty Army I could get my order shipped to a foreign country (Germany, Iraq etc) and in my hands in no more than 4 to 6 days. And the order was always spot on accurate and well protected. As of late I have noticed Zappos no longer ships in an external shipping box. My most recent order was a pair of Michael Kors Heels for my wife. The shoe box was in an Amazon mailing BAG. That poor little shoe box was beat all to hell like a disgruntal UPS employee was on his last day ever on the job. The shoes themselves looked to be in poor condition like they had been worn. The glue was seperating from the insole and heel area. Worst Zappos experience I ever had. These shoes are being sent back. Get back to what worked. The grassroots! Go back to being independent. Ship in a Zappos shipping box, some people keep their shoes nice by storing them in their original shoe box. I understand I may have to pay a lil more due to inflation. So not happy with this last order because the shoes were needed for a specific event

Bought these for my wife. The fit was good. Poor quality in craftmanship. You could see sloppy glue application. Areas where the sole was seperating.

Straps around ankle are way too tight. I can hardly get the shoe on, much less walk in them due to short straps choking my petite ankles.
